\nIt was a terrific boys and girls basketball season and a terrific girls and boys hockey season as well.
\nWe still have the All-Star Senior basketball games coming up at Windsor High School and the Rotary Hockey Classic at Essex on Saturday.
\nThe four basketball All Star games at Windsor High School will be video cast free of charge on the Northeast Sports Network, nsnsports.net

\nSt. Johnsbury and Thetford sweeping state championships
\nBoys hockey
\nDivision 1-Essex
\nDivision 2-Woodstock
\nGirls hockey

\nDivision 2-Missisquoi
\nEssex sweeping the state championships in Division 1.
\nCongratulations to other winter champions as well including Mt. Anthony with its 31st straight state wrestling championship and Rutland High with its 5th straight state cheer leading championship in Division 1 and its 2nd straight Division 2 New England championship and Mill River winning its 2nd straight Division 2 state championship in cheer leading.
\nRutland High’s Jamison Evans winning the Boys Gatorade Basketball Player of the Year. St. Johnsbury’s Sadie Stetson winning her third straight Girls Gatorade Basketball Player of the Year.
