Ryan Braun won his appeal! I'm surprised for sure! I'm happy for Braun believe me, but I don't see how this is a good thing. By that I mean there is going to be a doubt in every drug test from here going forward. Also isn't there now some doubt in every positive test to this point so far?

The way I understand it is that it wasn't so much the test, but the way it was handled. It sounded like the blood tests in the OJ Simpson trial. It wasn't about whose blood it was, but that it was tainted.
